After exiting the ski industry earlier that year and the motorcycle industry the year prior, he longed for an occupation and sense of purpose that seemed more permanent. He followed his passion for woodworking and started a custom furniture company based in Salt Lake City, UT. Since then, he has enjoyed the opportunity to work on some awesome projects with some amazing clients both here in Utah and nationwide. using solid 6/4 American black walnut and locally sourced veg tanned leather. It was a perfect opportunity to do some really cool inlay work. I found this massive 10’ black walnut slab buried at the bottom of an arborists storage unit, banged up, wet, and pretty sad looking. But when this client asked for a small round epoxy table (36” diameter) I knew these pieces would be perfect for this project!
